here).  This is the first commercially available opportunity for the general public to enjoy the benefits of Dr. MacMillian’s unique and unbelievable machines.  These machines paired with the unique methodology for their usage provide every human being (over the age of 15) with the
guarantee of incredible strength gains with significantly less time spent ‘working out.’ In fact, all you need to commit to succeed is one workout per week.  I know—it sounds too good to be true.  What about the thousands of ‘weight rooms’ and the millions who lift weights?  We’re here to announce that those represent the past, and we represent the future.
Each MaxOut Strength Studio consists of 11 machines set in an intimate environment with black ceilings and black leather couches for ‘resting’ (we call them the recovery couches!). Clients attend MaxOut about once-per-week with the workouts lasting less than an hour.  Each Client is lead through these machines with their personal Strength Coach who tracks the weights and reps—providing data to monitor the increases each week.  These machines are the only machines on the planet that can harness the power of eccentric strength training with the combination of traditional weight lifting. They enable numeric and mechanical repetition to ensure continue success.  They fatigue muscles better than any other method—hence the only once-per-week workout as rest is as important as the workout.
We’ll continue to provide more information to educate everyone on this new revolution in strength development.
